Being the scholarship chair, at the last meeting I gave candy out to all the brothers who received an A on an assignment, paper, or test.  I also rewarded Brother Schwaller with a nerf gun for having the most library hours.  Positive reinforcement should result in good grades for the Theta Omega Chapter!
