Last Saturday, February 18th, will be a date to be remembered not only by ATO members at Kansas State University, but also by ATO members at Kansas University. With the opening of a new ATO Chapter in Lawrence, help was needed. Tau President at Kansas University, Jake Klenda, who previously resided in the Muir Family Chapter House in Manhattan asked for assistance from Chapter Advisor Bill Muir. Bill Muir gladly accepted and quickly sought out members of the Delta Theta Chapter who would be willing to go help initiate these new brothers and welcome them into the Tau family. A group of about six men went to help and a few took roles of officers to induct these fine gentlemen. I had the chance to spoke to Mr. Muir about the activity and he said it went great and was nice to see Alpha Tau Omega expanding at another school in Kansas. We as a fraternity are very glad to have another group of great men just an hour away; the wonderful day will not be forgotten.
