The annual Rumble Stumble football game; consisting of no pads and no excuses, was a great brotherhood event and helped Alpha Tau Omega reach out to another Greek House on campus. Unfortunately due to light problems at the old stadium we were forced to call it a night early, just as half time wrapped up. Brother Chase Blaha rushed the ball and got a well-deserved touchdown early on. Soon after, wide-out Drew Nuckolls caught a twenty yard touchdown pass from quarterback Dave Rathjen. Outstanding blocking on the offensive line led to strong drives throughout. ATO cornerbacks and safeties prevented any significant gains by the opposing team and the defensive line shut down most of FIJI’s run game. A few tackles for a loss by Vince Stewart helped the Tau defense destroy FIJI’s offense. At half, the score; ATO: 14, FIJI: 7. Another victory to go down in the books, way to go team!
