On October 19, 2011 at 6:00 p.m., 1in4, an all-male sexual assault education group, gave a presentation to the Centro Hispano and the Upperman Center.  The presentation description read as follows: "1 in 4 women is assaulted by the time she turns 21. These women include our friends, girlfriends, sisters, and our mothers.  Come to this presentation to learn how to break the cycle." The event was open to all male students of UNCW, and ATO's from Kappa Iota were in attendance.  In fact, it was grad-student and brother Adam Wade who had part in coordinating the event for the undergraduates.
