Over the long weekend tragedy struck that hit close to home with the Greek community and the entire campus. Four freshmen women were killed in a car accident as they were coming back from home. Two of the women were former pledges of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and a lot of their new members were close friends with these ladies. Some of the new members in our chapter knew all four of the women . The chapter bought flowers and delivered them to the sorority house to give condolences and to offer anything needed in this time of mourning. These tragic deaths has brought the chapter closer as it makes us realize that tomorrow is never guaranteed. The campus has even pulled together as tomorrow the color pink will be worn in memory and Thursday will be purple. Our prayers go out to the families and friends of the four women.
