On Wednesday February 8, 2012 the ATO's at UNC-Wilmington participated in the 18th annual Young-at-Hearts Social. This campus tradition brought more than 100 senior adults from local nursing home facilities and surrounding areas to the Burney Center Ballroom here on campus. Around 200 student volunteers and several ATO brothers participated in dancing and socializing with the respectable elderly citizens. The brothers of the Kappa Iota Chapter were more than happy to volunteer for this event and help our senior citizen community relish in the spirit of their youth. This was a great opportunity for the Alpha Tau's to get in bow-tie attire and represent the ATO fraternity in a local event.
