Ball State’s Matt Smith '93 has been elected as a Director of the Board for the Ball State University Cardinal Funds Inc., an affiliated entity with the Ball State University Foundation.

"It is an honor to be asked to serve Ball State University on the board of Cardinal Funds," said Matt Smith. "I'll be able to combine my love of Ball State and our Greek community through work on the board in a way that benefits our entire campus."

Cardinal Funds Inc. was created in 2008 for the purposes to manage donor advised funds that have as a primary beneficiary Ball State University or Ball State University Foundation, Inc.; to manage scholarship funds that award scholarships to institutions other than Ball State University; to manage funds that support qualified charitable organizations that serve Ball State University students, faculty, staff, alumni and programs.
