Ball State Board of Trustee members Rusty Bruce and Matt Smith participated in ATO National Headquarters’ InteractBOT seminar on December 7, 2011.

The topic of the seminar was “Inspiring a Shared Vision: The Big Picture.” The session focused on ways Board of Trustee members can help empower undergraduate chapter members to become the next generation of leaders by assisting with focus and direction for the chapter. The seminar also focused on the upcoming officer transitions and ways in which the BOT can help facilitate a smooth hand-off and focus on the goals of the incoming administration in a productive manner.

Ball State is working hard to ensure the BOT and chapter leadership have a shared vision, the BOT has knowledge of “The Playbook” of the chapter, and continuing individual mentoring of officers.
