At this past meeting, new bylaws were successfully voted on and passed. We have changed the voting in our chapter to take place at the end of each calendar year rather than the school year. The underlying reasoning behind this is that we believe this change will better allow us to transition officers into their new roles, and it will now set us up to be on the same voting system as all the other chapters on campus. This is likewise important, because many leadership and training events put on by our office of Greek Life are in the Spring semester so it will be more beneficial for newly elected officers.
