The committee system is something that is talked about but often not implemented. This year it has been ressurected and it is a fine tuned machine. Brother Weckbach drafted the outline of how they would operate and it has been going smoothly with committee meetings following chapter meetings and reports being brought before the executive team later in the week. It is a great way to get all members of the chapter involved and we have seen success in a lot of the things which may normally have been overlooked. Our chapter is on its way to maximum efficiency.
