Just before the start of the school year, Theta Omega held an over night and intensive officer retreat. A facilitator and consultant was used during this evening and day of events. Our chapter gained valuable insights into how we operate, who we are as individuals, our roles in the chapter, and many other things. Also, we were able to establish chapter goals and set up what we were planning on doing throughout the year.
