The UGA Heroes' annual competition for participation and total amount raised was won by the Alpha Beta chapter. For winning this competition the chapter met with head football coach Mark Richt and was recognized during halftime of the homecoming game. UGA Heroes has continued to serve children suffering from AIDS for many years through financial contributions and volunteer service. Alpha Beta has always supported Heroes and features many committee members and will continue to do so in the future.
