The men of Alpha Tau Omega and the women of Chi Omega recently paired up in a philanthropy to raise money for Kaden’s Wish, a program that raises money for a 7 year old who was born with a diaphragmatic hernia. The event was called Candy Cane on McCain Lane and was a Christmas themed bake sale. The sale had a multitude of different items that were made by the houses including hot chocolate and cookies. The event was held December 6^th, with a goal of raising 1,500 dollars. In total the event was able to raise around 2,500 dollars, far exceeding initial expectations. The event was very successful, and helped a great cause.
