On September 10th, 2011 about 15 ATOs from the University of North Dakota Colony gathered in Sertoma Park in Grand Forks for a 5K Run for the Red Cross. Several months of planning came together on this one momentous day. The day was momentous because it was the first Signature Event of the North Dakota Colony and it signified that the Colony is one step closer to receiving it's coveted charter and bringing the Delta Nu Chapter back to UND.

About 20 people from the Grand Forks and University community participated in the event. We raised around $400 dollars for the American Red Cross, who has helped flood victims across the state. Several active ATOs from UND and many alumni members have been effected by the flooding in the major cities and towns in North Dakota. The cause is near to many of us, and we will make the event even bigger and more successful next year.
