Sean Hansen, Drew Loyet, Cody Dart, Mike Oldham, and Cody Smith represented the Kappa Theta chapter at The Emerging Leaders Conference (ELC) last Saturday. While there they came back with many ideas from other brothers of how to better our chapter and our recruitment. They said listening to Wynn speak was very motivational. A quote they took away from it was, "Attitude reflects leadership." They shared the ideas that they brought back with our chapter on sunday, and some of the ideas we plan on embracing.
