Epsilon Omicron sent Brothers Cody Faulkenberry, Greg Stewart, Bryce Bolack, Hunter Heinrich, Sean Baser, Eric Robison, Cole Hensley, Zac Baker, Alex Sterk, and Tucker Chaney to the Emerging Leaders Conference in Dallas, TX last weekend.  There, they got the chance to meet ATOs from other Oklahoma and Texas chapters to learn about leadership and also build brotherhood.  The main thing our members took from it was "BYBK"- Be Your Brother’s Keeper.  They learned how valuable it is to keep each other accountable and to help each other out.  They also learned of the "bystander effect"  which is a feeling of stepping up when you think something wrong is going on and how they should show leadership and stand up to the bystander effect. With a very young chapter, it’s important for us to have these opportunities to learn and develop as leaders, which in turn, will better our chapter.
