The Iowa Gamma Upsilon Chapter sent eleven members to the Emerging Leaders Conference held in Omaha last weekend.  Lead by Chris Lucas and Matt Stark, we worked on learning about topics like Recruitment, Risk Management, and Chapter Development.  Through various methods, such as hands on activities like the Paper Plane Factory and videos from Nationals highlighting Bystander Effect, the Leadership Consultants demonstrated to us how we can step up and be positive and active members of our Chapter.  All of us are now excited to take back what we learned and step up our involvement in our Chapter
