The men of Alpha Tau Omega kicked off the Spring 2012 semester with Tau Term. Tau Term is where committee's get together and talk about what we did, how we did, where we are at and where we want to be. Also we elect our new j-board and everyone goes around and lists a personal goal and a chapter goal.
