Congratulations Gamma Epsilon, the Newly Initiated members
of the Southern Illinois Theta Zeta chapter. These young men have proven themselves
throughout their whole pledge ship and have learned what is expected in the
coming future. They amplified the ability to achieve the scholastic, social,
community service and brotherhood category. In our creed, it read “to bind men
together in a brotherhood based upon eternal and immutable principles”. In the
coming future, we as a chapter are expecting a lot from this pledge class, and
so far they have no disappointed us.

It feels good to finally call these 13 young men our
brothers for life, and they exemplify every requirement it takes to be a True
member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.  This is a beginning of great things to come
for our chapter. Their Pledge Educator, Christian Friedman thought these young
men lifelong lessons and has been a great mentor to them. It is time to get the
ball rolling this semester and continue our road to True Merit.
