The gentlemen of Delta Eta have been focusing a lot on how to better themselves as leaders. We had a workshop put on by campus facilitators last week at chapter which created a space for open dialog and communication between members on what it really means to live with Love and Respect. We say those three words every time we pass the gavel or every time we end an email but what do they really mean? Our goal is to actually live up to those values and last week was the first step in making that change! We hope that others will follow!
