Our first LEAD STRONG event was a huge success here at Arkansas State University.  We met last Wednesday night for 30 minutes to discuss what it means to be a leader.  We organized our thoughts (with the help of a video) and laid out a working definition of what a leader IS and is NOT.  We also decided that we should learn more about ourselves so we can lead from our strengths.  This led us to agree to complete a personality test (online) so we can come back next week better prepared to LEAD STRONG!
