In the endless search for the best fit for me beyond my undergraduate career I recently visited Northern Illinois University. I have a strong desire to pursue a Masters in Public Administration with a specialization in City Management and they are in the top three by national rankings. After meeting with various admissions counselors, getting a personal tour of the campus, and meeting with various faculty and staff, I feel as though it would be a good fit for me. They also believe I would be a good fit for them and told me how they would place me in an internship and waive tuition shorty after acceptance. It is a nice achievement to have a clear head on what I am looking to in relation to graduating and it is an exciting time for me.
