I, Brother Bragg, received the honor of Sapphire Man on November 16th. Sapphire Man was a male pageant hosted by Theta Phi Alpha. The pageant went toward their local philanthropy, the Welcome House. The theme for the pageant was Rock n' Roll. 6 contestants competed with me being the only Tau. There was five rounds, the first being a rock and roll theme round where you dress in rock and roll gear and air guitar to a song. The 2nd round was a swimsuit competition. The 3rd was a talent round. The 4th was a Theta Phi Alpha spirit round/trivia round. You had to answer questions about Theta Phi Alpha's history. The last round was a formal round and during that round the audience would submit their votes on who they think should win with some canned goods they brought in to help the Welcome House.
