As we've talked about in previous episodes, once you've created your chapter's Signature Event, it's important to make it sustainable for years to come and to seek new ways to make it grow. The Theta Omega chapter at Northern Kentucky University has held its Annual Basketball Marathon for 18 years now, and continues to try and make the event better than it was year before. Going outside the campus and reaching into the community has helped create a community atmosphere for the event that even caught the attention of an NFL player.[( Main Content )]
